1) Please pick up the key and the pass for the room at the Joint Use Section, International Research Cooperation Division (3rd floor) of the Okazaki integrated administration center between 11:00 and 15:30. Please note that you cannot obtain the key at the accommodation facilities.

Payment should be made prior to using the facilities. Please pay your bill by 15:30 on the first day of your stay. Note that payment will not be refunded.

3)

Check-in time is 15:00. We are unable to temporarily store your baggage at the administration office.

4)

Check-out time is 9:30. Please do not be late in checking out, as there may be other guests waiting to use the room. Prior to leaving, please deposit the key in the box for return.

5).

Yukata (light cotton kimono) , toothbrushes combs and razors are not provided.

Availability of administrative staff

Mishima Lodge:

8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 (weekdays)
14:00 to 17:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays except January 1)

Myodaiji Lodge:

There is no administrative staff here, so contact the administrative staff of Mishima Lodge during the above-mentioned business hours.

There are no meal services in the accommodation facilities. Please use the restaurant on the 1st floor of the Employees' Center (Staff Hall on the map here) which is open during the following times:


Lunch: 11:45 to 13:30

(Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business)
